New partnership will commercialise EV battery recycling in Europe

In order to commercialize EV battery recycling and processing technology in Europe, Hanns has joined forces with Serbia’s Metalfer Group.

According to the terms of the agreement, the companies will conduct a feasibility study for an EV battery recycling plant that will produce ten tons per day close to Metalfer’s operations in Serbia.

In addition to the study, the agreement creates room for additional work, such as the probable creation of a strategy for converting materials from the Spoke plant into high-purity battery materials.
